Smoking

In compliance with State Law, smoking is prohibited inside the building. Smoking is not permitted in any common area, stairwell, or within 25 feet of ANY building entrances. Our smoking policy is enforced by the garage security guard.

As a courtesy to non-smokers and all guests to our buildings, we ask that you please adhere to the following building rules:

• Refrain from smoking within 25 feet of building entryways.
• Use the smoking urns provided for disposal of ashes and cigarette butts.
• Never discard cigarette waste on walkways, planters, or building landscaping as this is a fire hazard.
